Problem:
If you change the Browser language back to English, Domino Web Access (DWA)
works without problems. Also, it does not occur if you switch the Browser
language to another language, such as German. The issue is specific only to the
Swedish locale.
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# JBRE69UKHF, and is fixed
in DWA 6.5.5 and DWA 7.0.1.

SPR# JBRE69UKHF - Fixed an unrecognized character error when saving To Do's
using the Swedish locale.

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Set up a Domino Server (English).
2. In Internet Explorer or Mozilla, set the browser's language options to
Swedish (under Tools > Internet Options > Languages).
3. Log in to Domino Web Access.
4. Click the To Do tab, then select New To Do.
5. Enter a subject for the To Do and select the Alarm checkbox; select the "On"
option (not "Before" or "After"). A time field displays.
6. Select 'Save and Close'.
